Or complain that the casino had cancelled my 20 EUR NDB without any apparent or valid reasons? Both are interconnected of course, but it is never in my heart and soul to make any complaint for a measly 20 EUR no-deposit bonus! If that promo was invalid, then let me know. If there's a hidden clause somewhere that restricts me from getting that NDB, then let me know. If the casino's financial manager chose to decline that NDB for other reasons, then let me know.
