  1. Hello Crow! I'm afraid our rep Jay is no longer at AskGamblers and I'm not sure if we have a replacement yet. I'm afraid I haven't had the same experience but I hardly ever play with a bonus now just my deposit. Have you asked live chat for a more detailed explanation as I am sure there must be one especially if you are a loyal player. Don't take this the wrong way, but has there definitely been no bonus abuse? It's just IMO this would be one reason. But if not then I'm afraid I don't know why they have done it. I will check my account now and see if I have any bonuses available ..be right back

  4. Yes I managaed to log in after and have been checking out the new platform. I have to say though I expected much bigger changes than the ones that have been made. Regarding the games, they seem to be working fine for the ones I can play!

  6. Well as you all know I have been annoyed with Guts Casino recently, but when I read this I had forgotten all about how annoyed I was with them! I like it when casinos make changes!
  7. I am sure some of you are already aware of this through email, but Guts Casino are changing their platform as of today! They will no longer use the Every Matrix platform that we all know and love but instead will be moving to their own iGamingCloud. The changes are happening right now and I have written all about in this article for you.. Big changes to Guts Casino Just an update to what has been written it states their site will be down until 10am but I have just checked with live help and they are now saying 14:00 however they did say that they are hoping the site will be back up shortly. I cant' wait to check out the new platform, I hope it's good!

  17. Jelena I've said this before but I will say it again I honestly cannot believe how alike we are! I never write down my log in details, but I do try and use the same ones at every casino but this is not always possible. And take Video Slots for example every time I play there and mean every time I have to reset my password or forget my username, the thing there is you can't use a similar password that you have used before so my regular password is long out the window, you'd think I'd learn my lesson and write it down... I did used to write things down though in a notebook but then I kept losing the notebook :lol :lol These days as I'm mainly playing in the same casinos it's easy to remember my details and I save them on both my iPad and laptop anyway so they are already there waiting for me I just have to press login!

  21. Hi Tony Thanks so much for getting back to me. Yes this is pretty much what I guessed has happened but what I didn't understand was how I could play other games from the same software as live chat said said you don't need to apply for a license for every new game you have. But anyway...this is the case and even though I am very disappointed I will live. And yes please do try and remember to let us know here when the problem has been resolved. I would be ever so grateful. Once again thanks for taking the time to reply here.
