      I have a feeling that future withdrawals would run much more smoothly. Even though the withdrawal process on this occasion was not very good I will definitely be returning to the casino after Christmas. So next time I have a withdrawal I'll be sure to let you know! And the £60 (well £50 of it) has now been spent on the dogs Christmas presents!!

      Your right actually, my explanation was incorrect. I've just read the complaint again and the casino clearly state on the 18th December that they sent you a private message with clear explanations as to what they have based their final decision on. So I guess your answers lie in this message. Unfortunately we have no influence on the casino, their decision is final. It's not that AskGamblers haven't offered help the casino have made their decision which is why the complaint has been closed. I;m afraid there's not much more I can say to you on this matter.

      Okay so basically what we mentioned previously is correct. If you play your free spins first your deposit and winnings from free spins will effectively have a 40x wagering requirement. However, if you play them after then you'll be required to complete two separate wagering requirements. Thanks for clearing that up. To be honest I expect when I do play I won't be accepting any free spins, simply my deposit so no wagering.

      Oh okay so I understand what you mean, your asking why the casino confiscated all of your winnings and not just your winnings after you made the bet that exceed the maximum £55. Well I'm afraid this is totally down to the casinos discretion and I do believe any breach of their terms entitles them to confiscate ALL your winnings which is what they have done on this occasion. I'm sorry you didn't get a better resolution and I mean this in the nicest possible way when I say how important it is that you not only read the terms and conditions but you understand them before registering or depositing.

      It may not be resolved in your favour but on this particular occasion as the notes say on your complaint you did breach their terms and conditions by betting more than £55.

      So another update on my withdrawal 3rd document sent as you all know, went to live chat today they reckon this wasn't received either. So for the 4th time I sent my documents to the exact same email address and asked them to check for it straight away. As if by complete magic it arrived! So they now have it - I expect the next time I speak to them it will be low resolution again
