      Okay so I've had a reply from support telling me how this works. You don't get 5 free spins on registration you get 5 echoes. You need 10 echoes to exchange them for free spins but you don't get more echoes until you make your first deposit. I'll make sure our 5 Free Spins offer gets amended to show that a first deposit is required in order to exchange your echoes. All rather confusing IMO

      Oh right I see..not being in the UK could be a problem. I guess then yes you'll have to call them which I hope doesn't cost you too much from another country. Yes maybe they are holding your funds however I don't know how they would be able to release them to you if the bank account is closed. Will you be returning to the UK?

      Go into the bank in question and tell them exactly what's happened. Give them your bank details and the ARN number and tell them you made a withdrawal to this bank account from an online casino. The funds have been sent to this bank account and can they check the status of the bank account and track your payment.

      Weird how the funds haven't come back if the bank account isn't open anymore, I don't see where the funds could have gone. I know being from the UK and with my bank payments into my bank have to be accepted, it's an automatic and instant process but nevertheless the process is there. So if my bank was closed the process wouldn't be there as it wouldn't exist. If that makes sense. I know this may sound like an obvious question but are you sure your bank account is closed and not just dormant? I think what you need to now is like Valdes said and go and speak to your bank. Go into the branch and explain what's happened they'll be able to tell you where you go from here. Come back and let us know. It's great for other people who make the same mistake to know the resolution in such situations. Hope you get you're money soon Gav
