You'll find that both the terms you have had your winnings confiscated because of are just standard terms which you'll actually find in pretty much every casino, it has nothing to do with the fact that the casinos are in the same group, and also nothing personal to you and your winnings either.

      I'm afraid not casinos are usually strict when it comes to mutiple accounts, mistake or not. And I doubt a complaint would be accepted anyway as it is a clear breach of their terms.
