      I believe so Sophie whenever I deposit at casino using a different card to my original card I deposited with I usually need to send a photo of the card, not quite sure why they need a statement but I guess this is just their verification procedure. Are you able to get the statement they need?

      Welcome to the forum Timmy I go through phases of not taking any bonuses at all and only playing with my own money and then I'll switch to taking bonuses again, haven't worked out what the trigger is yet though I've always been useless with wagering but sometimes of course I do get lucky

      There was no bonus and 7Bit still restrict how much you can bet? Well as I said earlier I'm not a roulette player so I don't know rules that are associated with this game. But I have to be honest if they assume this is a scam tactic then why allow bets higher than this!

      This is not the first topic posted where a member has breached the max bet rule and it certainly won't be the last. Unfortunately it's something that catches so many people out. The matter of it being fair or not really doesn't come in to it. There will always be bonus rules and in my opinion this will always be a rule imposed by casinos. In a perfect world, as mentioned in other threads a casino will in the future have the software that doesn't allow players to place bets higher than the maximum allowed but for now it's just a case of reading the terms and making sure you're crystal clear of them. I know that's not what you want to hear but you're very lucky you got your deposit back not every casino would be this generous. I think your example is totally unrealistic if I'm honest. And 7Bit Casino will never come forward to address the issue as there is no issue here. You breached their terms with your bets and that's it I'm afraid. Any other casino you played in would have acted in the exact same way, it isn't just 7Bit Casino that have such rules like this.

      I don't play roulette but this sounds like another classic case of breaking the max bet rule. Where you aware of this particular rule before you played?
