      I have to be honest I am surprised they did not reply to the complaint, but with a bit of luck the player will get this sorted.I wouldn't be bothered about the bonus as long as I got the iPad

      Well I think this is awesome!! Because I think there genuinely are people who do accidentally break this rule, ***** I've hit the max bet button many a times in my early days of gambling!! So yeah, this is great Jack, massive thumbs up to you and your team for implementing this.

      This really is great Jack and extremely fair in my opinion. There are players that do hit the max bet button or may place a bet over the limit which has been done in a harmless way and isn't a blatant breach of your terms, and I think this is great for those people. Of course there will still be people who will continue to break the rule over and over again placing multiple bets, yet I still think your new rule is completely fair! So, how would this work Jack - Let's say a player places one bet over not realising they've broken the rule then they withdraw. Once the casino discover the breach would they then refuse the withdrawal and reset the balance back to as it was before the max bet was breached, and this would then be placed back into their account?

      I get stressed over the tiniest of things these days I've no idea where it's come from. I've always been a person that can stress out easily but it's at it's worse right now so yeah I'd definitely love to get this under control this year.

      I think loyalty programs are definitely something that's going to expand over the next couple of years. And I'm not just talk comp points I mean the full package.       Yeah I would imagine so. I remember a time when Guts Casino needed verification of a debit card that I no longer had, was almost impossible but the bank were still able to give me a letter head to prove I no longer had the card. But yet again another ridiculous procedure and completely pointless!

      If I could afford to deposit £50+ every time I doubt I'd ever take another bonus again but my gambling budget is no where near that for each deposit I make.

      Sophie are you from the UK? If so then I understand your pain transactions can indeed take a while to appear, even online however always sooner than 7 days in my experience. A screenshot should be perfectly acceptable IMO but check with the casino.Or as Valdes said go into your bank I'm pretty sure they can also give you what you need. Let us know how you get on Soph.

      I believe so Sophie whenever I deposit at casino using a different card to my original card I deposited with I usually need to send a photo of the card, not quite sure why they need a statement but I guess this is just their verification procedure. Are you able to get the statement they need?

      Ahh I see! Well when I first started playing online I took bonus after bonus after bonus it actually took me years till I decided to stop taking them. If playing without a bonus as you mentioned works for you then keep doing it This is a great place to communicate but also to learn off other members too, we have loads of really experienced players here so if you ever need anything just ask away,
