A classic example of bad customer support IMO. Either the agent didn't understand what you meant or just didn't know the answer. And I would have have done exactly the same, thank you but no thank you. It's crucial support can give direct answers, if a casinos own staff members can't give the answers how are you supposed to trust the casino. Just my opinion of course.

I completely agree! I don't think he should of advised you this either. Chances are if you had won and they found out they would have confiscated winnings. Did you do what Afi suggested and check to see of there is any mention of VPN's in the terms. The only time I ave ever done this is when I play from a certain browser on my iPad that allows me to access instant play and not mobile sites but it shows I'm from the US so had to change to UK, so still not breaking any casinos terms. In regards to all your previous posts sharpest12 we only had 4 complaints raised against the casino when they were in operation and anyways the casino is not in operation now anyway so isn't this argument a little pointless anyway? I'm not sticking up for the casino if they had bad practises but neither can I agree with anything your saying since I can't check anything myself. We don't check every term and condition of the casino we have here, that's up to the player and I'm afraid the max bet rule is probably one the most common reasons people come here asking for help. And remember we can't please everyone dear, there's always going to be times when people aren't happy with the casinos we have, that's just the way it is, here and everywhere else!
