      I'm actually lucky it hasn't happened to me but that's only because it's something I never forget to check even if I'm making another deposit at a casino where I haven't deposited in a month or two, I always make sure there's no active wagering on there

      To be honest there are a lot of casinos that are like this - always make sure the wagering has either been automatically forfetied on your balance reaching zero and make sure support forfeit it for you before making another deposit. I can only assume (without checking their terms) that they would have been willing to forfeit your inital bonus and this isn't just another stupid term they have in place?

      If you won it from a deposit only then I can't see how they can impose this stupid term unless you did have some wagering left from that inital bonus? Have you questioned the casino?

      I'm not in anyway saying the max bet is a good one and I hate seeing players have their winnings confiscated because of it. But the fact of the matter is players agree to reading the terms before playing so the onus is also on the player too
