  2. Okay, so..You now have the money back in your account that went missing from the bet, yes? The issue is that you want your initial deposit back as you don't want to play here? If I am right in thinking that, tbh I'm not entriely sure there is much you can do in regards to this, but I'm not sure I'm entirely undertanding what the issue is here. Is your balance at $19 real money? No bonus funds in place?

  10. I mean I think I already know the general consensus from other topics in the forum but, what are your views on Megaways at the moment? Loving or hating? The OH is really getting into them, he showed me a screenshot earlier which I've just pinched off his phone to show you here. Now I don't know if it's just my old age showing but I'm just not feeling them. I've never been a huge fan of games with 2-3-4-3-2 reels (as an example) and games like that. Over the years there have been some I've enjoyed I'm not going to lie but I'm just getting boring and want to stick to the traditional 5x3 with a few exceptions.   15. Definitely agree that they both need to invest some of profits into live chat and improving their customer service. I still can't understand how a company as big as those have not realised where they are seriously lacking! Good customer support is key to any business I guess they're just not willing to follow protocol yet. In regards to AG Coin, I'm sure they'll have something in the pipelines soon.

  18. I have a teenage daughter and a responsible one at that. I think for a 15-16 year old to start gambling there would be more underlying issues and I also think a lot of onus is on the parent too. Even at 15-16 we as parents have to teach our children how to be responsible and if a gmabling advert was to sway a child to gamble I think there would have been thoughts of gambling way before an advert. Just my personal opinion of course.
