      I'm glad you decided to create the topic @Blackjax. Unfortunately a lot of people only turn to forums when they start having issues. Not including posts from our regular member like yourself I would say 90% of new posts that me and Valdes approve are members who have experienced some kind of issue. It's not very often we get new members coming here saying look how much I've just won, or look how great this casino is. It's a shame really becasue I think we'd all love to see more of the good stuff too. I agree with all the points that have all been stated. Everyone is entitled to freedom of speech here but there will always be players who know full well they have broken the rules and still try to slander the casino to get their cash. I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles.

      It's actually the second time I've had to take the course Ooops. Yeah it was all done through zoom listening to a driving instructor tell us how to drive again For a full 3 hours ....

      Hi guys, sorry I've been quiet today I had a speed awarness course earlier (virtual of course) becuause I went 5mph over the speed limit! Harsh! Anyway, I'm feeling a little under the weather tonight so I'm going to have an early night. I'll be back tomorrow. I hope you are all well.

      Hi and welcome to the forum! I assume you mean becasue of Covid? I believe they are, I'm sure I seen that they were. I dont watch much American news any more but I can't see whay they wouldn't be open with social distancing measures in place. Is the trip booked?

      You can try and log a complaint here and see if it is accepted or not on the grounds that your account was fully verified before depositing and it is only when you withdrew that they believed the document was in fact edited and no proof has been provided to you. If it was me I would want a better explanation than just a rule thrown in my face with no further explanation.       Okay so just in case you didn't understand the rule you violated - they are saying that you submitted a verfification document that has been tampered with / photoshopped / edited. If it was me in this position I would be asking for the reason why they think this and proof as to why they think it. It seems an extreme violation IMHO. May I ask how long your account was initially verifided for and was it verified before you requested the withdrawal or after?

      I actually think it is an issue and there should be guidelines and restrictions in place. My children are young and at a young age they are already asking me to buy in-app purchases that will allow them coins, special oufits etc. For example - my daughter was playing a game and she really wanted a costume she just could not win. £1.99. I thought oh okay I'll buy it. Then my little boy of course wanted the same outfit on his, £1.99. Yesterday my daugher asked me if I will get Minecraft its £6.99 for the app and then it has in-app purchases. I said no. They are under the age of 7! And already asking for in-app purchases. If I continue to buy them they will grow up thinking that is accpetable so just spend money on virtual items that aren't even real. I believe that these purchases you can buy whether they be apps, xbox rewards, anything, are getting seriously out of hand and I do think that over the years this has to start being regulated in some kind of way because like you said this can be a serius addiction, if not worse than gambling because there is absolutely no finanial gain!
