      I crossed out the casino name, but it's one we have in our directory, licensed MGA, no UK and it's actually the reason why I was shocked at this email. I get spam emails every day, never even open them, the only reason why I opened this is becuse of the subject line. I did not click the casino link but it is a reviewed, licensed casino.

      If I return an item in the UK and the receiver is processing it, this is the subject line that would be used. I’ve never visited this casino once fo return. I’ve just checked and the name of the person sending it isn’t the casino it’s ‘Sender’ Looks like a marketing ploy, absolutely misleading subject line for me

      I’m sure we’ve all seen it all when it comes to emails from Casinos .. Subject lines to get you to open the email are usually always misleading, but this one takes it to a different level. Your return is being processed… As it happens, I have returned some things lately, so naturally I seen this and thought that’s a weird sender and opened it, only to find this..

      I checked out this on their site and it doesn't actually explain why, I'm assuming the more you bet the more tickets you collect, favouring high rollers. Conditions don't show me anything, guess I am country restricted

      We have been experiencing some issues. I expect the issue will clear itself very soon. I have had the same issue a few weeks ago, however I have reported it anyway. In the meantime, you can try a different browser if you have one.
