Well, it is that time of year again although I can't quite believe it! This year I am taking three well-deserved days off to spend Christmas with my family (24th-26th). @DMRUnfortunately, after speaking to the complaints team they are unable to accept your complaint for the reasons already given to you and unfortunately I cannot overrule their decision and they advise you to take it to the regulatory body. @ValDesWill still take a look at this topic on his return and draw is conclusions so please be patient until next week.
