      Hiya guys, this is a subject both me and valleys could do with some help on. He doesn't had a drivers licence or a passport at the moment, so when he started playing at casinos and wanted to withdraw we realised he needed identification, so I went online for him (I do everything for him btw lol) and looked for official forms of ID and the only one that is approved and issued by the UK government is called a CitizenCard and its a cost of £36 I think (for a quick special delivery). If you don't have a passport or drivers licence you have to get like a 'pillar of the community' which must not be a family member to sign your paperwork. They have to be in a very important profession like a policeman, doctor, probation officer etc, and they need to sign that you have provided them with identification of your self and confirm you are your age and the right person. It is then sent for approval and issued. There are clear details on the back of the card which show it is OFFICIAL ID. On the website there is a link for a TV program that was on regarding the awareness of these cards. Apparently there were lots of retailers and security men for pubs and things like that that were refusing to accept the ID, this is apparently down to the fact that not enough people know about the ID. there is a form you can complete if you are ever refused the card and they contact that retailer, but this is of course only for pubs and restaurants, there is no help for if your refused online. Valleys have had a few problems with this card, where some just wont accept it. videoslots is his latest victim. They won't give a reason why they can't accept the card yet their terms and conditions clearly state a firm of ID is a Government Approved ID Card' this is exactly what they provided. He has asked them for an example of the card and what they mean for UK players because we both know that there is no other official card (which isn't a fake)that is issued and approved by the government. He has yet to have a an answer. Aren't they in breach of their terms and conditions if they are going against what they have declared? He isn't bothered about the videoslots account at all but obviously I meant elsewhere on the site that he has recently made a withdrawal for £700 + at a Playtech casino so there is no doubt they will ask for ID....he doesn't want there to be a problem. I have supplied two pictures of the front and back of the card for you to look out I have blurred his face and details. The card is a CITIZEN CARD so you can find the related website through google. I was wondering if Valdes or luciana could possibly dig up a bit of information on this for me as I know you got a lot more resources than us and we feel we are at a dead end with it to be honest. There are loads of casinos that have accepted his ID with no problem at all...so its obviously the official ID that is required........hopefully you can help us I have had to put a funny face and text over his details....it's quite funny and he is soon going to kill me but on a serious note we would be grateful for any information on this matter or if anyone else had had similar problems

      Yeah but they don't do they. I just hope that gambling doesn't get out of hand too much in the UK because ID hate not to be able to spend all valleys money on gambling.

      I don't think there is nee to rub salt I the wound, I think she knows she is in the wrong. We are all going to have different opinions on his matte,maybe because I'm in the customer service environment with my work and I'm uses to angry people I can take it on my stride...some people can't. I agree partly what u said Valdes Susan was offered free spins as a gesture of goodwill which she accepted the matte should have ended there not escalated to another row with live help. Also in my experience of playing online, 99.99999% of the time its the casinos that are in the right. If u didnt get paid for a win its most probably because u is play didn't place the bet like u thought u did and if in any doubt then u should take a screen shot before continuing with your next bet. I honestly believe Susan that u probably thought u selected whatever bet it was but in actual fact u didnt...casinos like Redbet haven't gained their outstanding reputation by lying and cheating their gained it through hardwork and commitment to their players...immaterial of whether I agree to the closure of your account....I believe Redbet will continue to be at the very top of that BEST CASINOS LADDER.. in fact I'm in the mood for a bit of Redbet action...I'm off to deposit lol

      You should see Valdes that I have read and replied on that thread. I agree of course its addictive,I don't have an addictive personality so I will never really understand how it feels because I can block out the gambling to realise my life and family are not worth loosing...it must be terrible for people who can't do that I and I feel for them I really do My point when creating this post the woman they portrayed on the TV program purely got addicted to gambling...through her own fault, the casinos didnt ask her to deposited yet she slated everyone she played in for not recognising she had a gambling program. Sotheby's whole program was based around how bad online casinos are and how the government need to start putting in strict guidelines to prevent us from playing at them...or to have some kind of restrictions If u have a gambling problem, its down to know one but the individual, I agree casinos should have some for, of process in place where they see an individual depositing large amounts on regular times but I just don't think its fair to blame casinos...not when it's broadcasted on TV and could effectively effect the way I am able to gamble online in the future . I know its a delicate subject but surely u have to agree with that?

If your wondering why we have a bed in our living room, its because valleys had an accident in October last year, he broke his back, pelvis and ankle, it was touch and go for a while, I nearly lost him, but I realised I'm not that lucky lol aha hahahaha only joking valleys. I had to write that its the HAHA thread. But anyway he managed to fight through it but unfortunately is still facing the consequences now...but he is walking now that's the main thing so everything else can follow behind in their own time we don't mind.

      I agree its just an annoying symbol. I remember once I had a few come in, nothing like yours mind, but I though to myself oh this is going to be a nice when then realised when I didn't winning that the symbols don't pay on their own lol.
