  1. Are you sure you are meant to take the clearing code from the account number? Is the account number not made up with the clearing code, but you can also use the clearing code as a code on its own? That's what I would assume you are doing wrong here.

Hey guys, For a looooooong time, you guys have been asking me if we can add new slots at request, whether it be for contests or so you can add reviews etc. Now we have a system in place to allow this to happen. W can currently accommodate for up to 10 new slots a month, by request. To allow everyone the chance to request slots, please limit your requests to 3 at a time, until they are approved. I will be keeping track of everyones requeSts and letting you know when the slot has been added. So, please can you all now make your suggestions below that you have already asked me for.   21. Should be fixed now, sorry the review team are dealing with them today and it was just an error, but should now be resolved.
  22. Yes absolutely! I have just checked also and it clearly states 1x,. Do you have a copy of the transcript which would be helpful to add into the complaint to see you have been told misleading information, But yes, you do have grounds for complaints. The only thing that would effect this is that you have played all your balance now have you? It would have been better to come herer after you had been told 5x and not played the balance.
