      Oh valleys has just explained to me what you meant! I think, do you just want portraits of the different types of people that gamble online in the uk? Like to show the diversity of online gamblers ? If that is what u mean I think its a great project, I hope you manage to get some participants and we would love to see the final project here when you finish...maybe you could even mention Ask Gamblers somehow...it would be great publicity for this fantastic forum...that is going to help you find people!!!       However much we all live to spin those reels, we all have those little things on certain slots that just really annoy you and make no sense why they are like it...so in a sense its a slot pet peeve! I have soooooooo many and I would love you all to share yours with me... I will start with one that really gets on my wick! GONZOS QUEST! I hate that it takes sooo long for the symbols to explode, I know you can press the spin button to quicken it up but it just seems like it takes forever, I would love there to be a SKIP button you could press which immediately brings down the next symbols so you don't have to go through the win lines argh ...I hate waiting! That's my slot pet peeve 1 of them, what's yours?

      Just kidding! I know they share it with other companies ...hence all our spam emails. To be honest, I believe this is a subject similiar to food poisoning! Your thinking how right? Well everyone has done they food hygiene certificate yes? The course makes you think that everything you eat is going to poision you unless you absolutely do the right thing, cook it exactly right, store it exactly right, when in Hindsight its all just PRECAUTIONS. If you sat down and worried about every single thing you eat, from where it came from to how you are eating it you'd never eat a thing worrying about all the opportunities it would have had to get contaminated giving you food poisoning...you just have to be careful. Pretty much the same as personal data....it is such a HUGE market...you can't do anything online without sharing some piece of your personal data....if you sat down and worried about how every piece of data was going to be used you would never want to use the Internet again. You just have to be able to spot the signs and use your head..be careful and not stupid. That's how I see the subject anyway, that's my personal view and how I handle it. I only worry about it when I absolutely need to, and up until now, touch wood I haven't had to worry about it. As to what happens to it...I don't know...do they do anything? Doesn't it just become obsolete to a company after a few years...for like inactive accounts?

      Okay, I think I'm with you...but when you say a survey of people who take part in online gaming...what kind of light are they being portrayed under? A negative one or a positive one? As I am from Wales we both know that the UK government at the moment are trying to reduce the number of people that do gamble online and us gamblers are being slated for doing it..so much for being a 'free world' so what I'm trying to say really is...is it going to be portrayed as bad press then? Hope that makes sense

      To be honest Erik I stay well clear of the majority, if not all casinos that are powered by RTG, because of their bad reputation and they are known for this kind of thing. I can't tell you personally whether or not the two casinos you discussed follow this same trend but from the sounds of it they do. All casinos always have an advantage (in my eyes) over us gamblers which is how they make their money but obviously they do still have to have restrictions for their players, like which country they are from etc but usually those restrictions will rule out as a player before you can register so I can't see why they decide now you have spent your money there and not won, providing you have stuck to all the rules,which you said you have why they would make this decision? Valdes will come and help you more on this matter later today I expect, but my advice to you is to see it as a blessing! Think if it as their loss and your gain....and find a new casino to play in...preferably not one powered but the beloved real time gaming!
