I was recently banned from two casino groups, and to this day, I do not understand why the casinos have done this. I have only gambled for money in keno and slot machines. Overall, I have lost much more money than I've won. I have followed all their rules. The casinos are Club Player and Silver Oak and others in their groups. I have repeatedly asked these casinos to explain to me why I am banned. They will only tell me the following: "You don't fit the player profile we're looking for."
