Basically any complaint in our website could end up in three different ways: - resolved - it means that everything with the complaint is solved successfully and both the player and the casino are ok with the resolution! - unresolved - it means that the casino didn't solved the player's issue and/or that has stopped responding about it - closed - it means that the complaint is closed due to inactivity of submitter.
