      Hehe, glad the suggested PNG play strategy worked, partially. Keep in mind Golden Ticket usual wins are in the region of 10-25 x bet max, even with the features. But as you convinced yourself it can easily boost your balance in no time anyway...       As far as I know both their live chat and email services are working just fine. Maybe you have been banned from using these, have no idea, but this sounds as a possible reason why you cannot use it. Anyway, you can not and should not use AGCCS for solving issues like the aforementioned one. Please make sure to forward the matter in front of the casino team directly OR comply with the requirements listed on my previous post if you intend to use our complaints service.

      The things is I don't really think software vendors have any control over these mega hits... I mean, they could easily set up some min threshold in terms of RTP to be reached prior their RNG software 'produces' a mega hit (1000x bet or more) but most of the time that would be a completely random event.

      I'm afraid what Mr P said above is totally correct. If the regulatory body itself engaged with your case and came up with decision, there is no other official authority (except a court of law of course) and/or independent complaints service such as AGCCS out there which could and should afford to challenge such a ruling. No one but the MGA officials would know better what's expected from licensed operators in terms RG policies and procedures and whether and when an operator failed to follow these accordingly. In short, I know it's so darn hard waiting but @balotelli, that's your best option, no doubts about that!

      Well, never saw nor read official confirmation of this one, but I guess lower RTP results in all the relevant visual representation changes controlled/generated by the RNG software. Actually, I don't really see any other possibility here.. At least one allowed/approved by any decent testing agency.

      Heh, must be something viral for the forum admins you know, this love/hate relationship with Play'N Go slots.       Hi there @oscarp28 Have just reviewed your complaints and must admit these have been rejected for the obvious reasons such as lack of information and unjustified accusations towards the operator. Feel free to use AGCCS again and submit a new complaint, however please make sure this time: - to state as many details and facts as possible (dates, amounts, etc); - attach any proof that you might had in possession and that could help our team understand better the issue (emails, logs, transactions, etc); - to state clearly and unambiguously what do you expect from the casino.
