Like katemak and cocopo3011 advised already, you should pay more attention when joining a casino in the future as it definitely spare you lots of troubles like the ones you are having right now with Monrachs Online. Hope your complaint here will get a fair and fast resolution soon.

      Kate, personally, I would never disclose personal email in a public forum, unless a complaint has been submitted and I need to defend my rights. Of course, that's your own decision and I don't mind. Whether a specific casino group is going to answer to complaints submitted within the AskGamblers.com or not is their own decision and we can only respect and comply with it. Of course, there's another key moment which Seat and yapro noticed.

      Nope, casino will not give you back the 'overdeposit' amount, unless... 1) you are not using ANY bonus; 2) request the casino to remove the bonus added automatically, then request a withdrawal, receive the money and then to deposit again, but this time with the correct amount... Of course, the problem here is that the casino will most probably refuse to give you the welcome bonus since technically the second deposit is a ...second deposit after all.
