Now, if you made a single bet breaching the terms and it didn't put you too much ahead with winnings, I guess Royal Panda could make a small exception and forgive you that only spin. However, most online casinos would never agree to do anything like this and what you could expect is: a/ confiscation of all winnings upon withdrawal request is being made and a refund of your initial deposit; OR b/ confiscation of your winnings and your initial deposit + bonus funds re-issued as if you are just starting at the casino. I strongly suggest you to choose the second option and to try convince the casino support that you deserve a second chance.       Agree, it is really insane with all these totally different legislation issues from one country to another... Sincerely hope that European Parliament is about to conduct some basic rules and legislation terms concerning online gambling very soon which all EU countries shall be obliged to follow and there will be an end to government regulated chaos and arbitrariness.

      I can assure you that this is the way most online gamblers feel about their governments and the 'schizophrenic' way sometimes in which they handle online gambling in general in comparison with land based gambling. My country Bulgaria is a blatant example...
