  2. The 48-hours 'pending period' policy is half of the issue here IMHO... The other half is why the OP never used any of the RG tools as mentioned in the Operator's email which are really easy to find and use and which could easily help setting any problem gambling into an immediate control without the necessity of contacting anyone not sending any emails.

Of course, there are certain rumors and speculations regarding the reason behind the license suspension varying from non-LCCP compliant casino workflows concerning KYC to failed SE policies... Wouldn't believe any of these prior hearing the UKGC official stance on the matter.

    Hey there @Proxy and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum As already advised by @pinnit2015, you should use the 'unsubscribe/opt-out' options offered by the relevant casino operator. Usually you would find these options as features under My Account tab or something of the kind. If you fail to find it, you'd better seek for further assistance from the casino support team. If you have subscribed from receiving emails from casino affiliate websites such as AskGamblers.com for example and you don't want that any longer, you should unsubscribe/opt-out from these websites too.
