They are not listed on AskGamblers yet, which means that unfortunately you cannot use AGCCS and file a complaint against them, but you may refer your issue to their ADR entity which as far as I can see should be IBAS. Thanks so much for bringing this particular discussion at the forum, have no doubts lots and lots of players are really interested to hear some relevant feedback. Let me share my own experience so far: - don't have much gambling time lately but did quite a decent amount of bonus-buys in Money Train 2 slot anyway - didn't count exactly but I guess the number is well beyond the 500 mark; - preferred bonus-buy bet is 0.10 mostly, 0.20 and 0.30 from time and to time and 1.00 once in a while while session is still ahead; - got absolutely all possible cards/symbols during the bonus-buys, but still far far away from getting even close to some of the best possible combinations; - don't have accurate statistics but the common payout usually fits the x30-x50 range, rarely comes into the x80-x150 ranger and once in a while may hit the x0 ; Best hits so far: The 'Necromancer' card 'did the job' here triggering 4 times in a row!

Ended up registering in a relatively new casino but soon after making my first deposit and claiming the welcome bonus I realized it's only Play'N Go available among my preferred gaming providers which was available for players from my country. No Thunderkick, no NoLimitCity, not Push Gaming, not even iSoftBet... So, after trying Golden Ticket 1 & 2 without much of a success noticed Wild Blood 2 while browsing the PNG slots and decided to give it a try. Those who've been with us for long time already know I had my 'moments' with this slot several months ago so my expectations were mixed tbh... Anyway, long story short, picked my usual dollar-bet and started spinning... 6 free spins features later: For some unknown (and quite idiotic reason in fact ) decided to continue playing the same game instead of doing the far more reasonable thing in such a situation and namely, quitting and picking another slot... Of course the game went deadly cold and it took almost 700 spins to trigger the next free spins feature which paid less than 10x. Anyway, kept on spinning, my balance soon dropped below 200 followed by a few relatively quick features which paid decent (50-100x region) luckily. Then came this monster which I believe is my top Wild Blood 2 win so far! Yey!

Well, I guess it's all crystal clear now and our suspicions that player is withholding important information regarding his issue and also trying to manipulate facts in unfair and dishonest way are confirmed. Player is now being banned with immediate effect and topic is being locked.
  15. You will be surprised to know, it's only 500 USD per month. The reality is that now I can afford a bigger gambling budget than ever before, but I just don't have the time to play anymore.
  16. Used to keep very detailed track and records of my deposit/withdrawal history, but not anymore. The reason was very simple actually - every time I look at the stats (with some rare exceptions here and there), my head will start to hurt. Using another 'tool' to control my gambling spending thou - a monthly gambling budget and that's it.

The truth is no software / interface restrictions could ever prevent any player who never bothered reading what they signed up for from breaking the rules. A huuuuuge part of the common online punters simply doesn't care reading the terms, that's the reality mate

Hmm, let me put it in a more simple and easy to understand way then for you,@jjtorrez1 Your complaint has been rejected due to not containing sufficient information: The rest of your identical complaints were rejected simply because you failed to provide any new facts, details and proofs but kept on submitting the same info again and again. Hope it's all clear and we will be able to see any valid evidence and fact from your end, at last... You have already been given clear instructions how to proceed further with your complaint as well as been replied by other players here. Totally understand your frustration, after all it's not easy to accept and realize the real facts which so far stand against your ridiculous, unfounded and unproven accusations, but your tone of voice is now really difficult to accept. Last warning!
  22. As far as I know there are lots of iGaming experts sitting on key positions and/or involved with consulting who have enormous experience in the field of online gambling, including but not limited to knowing perfectly the player's soul and mind.
  23. I have personally sent such a suggestion in my amploa as a player to Curacao e-Gaming and MGA back in 2014 . Got the common "Thank you, your feedback has been forwarded to the relevant department... we will take your suggestions into consideration... bla bla" and that's it. What I've heard from casino reps later on was that the matter was discussed on a regular basis but most (if not all) of the serious regulatory bodies consider such centralized approach as the wrong thing to do and advise Operators to implement internal interface tools that would help them resolve the issue. Apparently some have already done it but the majority is still playing fool and to be honest, I don't have the feeling this situation will change dramatically any time soon, especially when it comes to MGA and Curacao licensed casinos.
