Now, regarding your issue. My advice is as follows: 1/ Stop playing asap. You said you sent mails to three different casino departments, wait for their replies and don't do anything with your remaining balance. 2/ Casino is obliged to inform you for the reasons why whole or part of your withdrawal has been reversed to your playing balance. If they don't do that or you consider their explanations as unjustified, feel free to submit a complaint using AskGamblers Complaints Service.
