  16. Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. As much as I do feel sympathetic to your situation, the truth is that IMO, you are chasing a dead cause here. With all due respect, you must try to make the difference between 'unfair confiscation of funds' and 'deliberately played & lost funds'. There's no official regulatory authority and/or ADR entity out there which would support a claim for refund coming from a player who deliberately chose to play and lost their money instead of waiting patiently for the relevant issue to be reviewed and solved accordingly. In other words, yes, you have all the rights to complain from the manner in which your situation with the Operator has been handled from their end but, NO, you have no right to seek refund of funds played off by your own will. Regarding the so called 'Withdrawal Lock' feature offered by the Operator, again chasing a dead cause. The withdrawal lock info is actually duly stated and explained on the Operator's website and IMO, it's easily accessible via My Account interface. Sorry for the bead news, but you'd better be prepared.
  17. Hey again and thanks for the additional info presented. Few questions if you don't mind: 1/ Could you please clarify whether you used the Operator's Sportsbook OR Casino product (or both). It's really important to know cause AGCCS rules says only casino related complaints are being handled. 2/ Despite the multi-account accusations, if NOT lost already, your deposit must be duly returned. As far as I understand here, the Operator is claiming your deposit has already been refunded? If so pls provide further info. Thanks.

Totally agree with Afi and MrP here - almost 99.99% sure that using VPN to register, deposit and play with a MGA licensed casino will surely be classified as fraud attempt and will lead to immediate ban + confiscation of funds/winnings. IMHO, the most 'natural & logical' choice for any player who lost their casino provider due to UK market exit is Curacao licensed operators who proved themselves as perfectly fit and capable to 'maneuver' exceptionally well in the ''legal sea'' of countless regulatory regimes, legal frameworks, requirements, AML directives, etc etc.. What bothers me thou is that I have zero doubts the UKGC will use every possible grain of influence and 'political power' they have to somehow tie the hands of Curacao Master License holders and force them to add UK as a restricted country in their licensees' terms & conditions. Lots of Curacao licensed operators have done that ages ago but still plenty of casinos without that clause...
