Hi @kayenne23, Kinda surprised to hear about VIP scheme offered by this particular Operator as I always thought their way of handling loyalty is by using the so called statuses and comp points... Have just checked their website and there's no word about classic "VIP" scheme mentioned anywhere on their website - menu, terms, bonus terms, etc. But even if there was such period when they offered VIP statuses to their players, don't forget the Operator has the right to stop such a program at any given time and without any prior notice, etc.

Well, depends on the perspective I guess... For example, if you look at the so called 'streamers', its all mega awesome actually and slots are paying all time high! In the same time (and obviously in another gambling universe), more and more of the common online punters I know for years (some for decades) are complaining from not being able to recognize their favorite slots anymore and/or facing next to impossible chances to win on any of the newly released slots from their favorite gambling vendors. They say that usually you'll find the trust somewhere in the middle but to be completely honest, I'm not so sure most of the major players on the slots market are now able to make reasonable compromises or finding the right balance between their desire for bigger profits or providing best possible gambling experience (which features some player wins from time to time btw )... Time will tell of course but not surprised to see so many of my friends switching from slotting to sports betting recently...

Any MGA licensed Operator is legally obliged to appoint one ADR entity and as far as I know there aren't any currently MGA licensed operators with more than one appointed ADR provider. Was just about to ask the same question.

As far as I remember from a previous AGCCS case referring to similar matters, the regulatory legal framework & requirements are covering only cash balances available in player's balance at the time when the restriction is being applied by the Operator. At least that was the case with MGA licensed Operator... Now, any decent Operator will make sure their players are properly notified and explained all the consequences following from such decision for imposed country based restriction. Including but not limited how to withdraw their existing balances, what to do with their loyalty/comp points, etc etc...

Not sure what's written in the offer's detailed terms and conditions, however what I found in their bonus terms is this rule: Again, if there's nothing mentioned in particular within the offer's detailed terms and conditions, IMHO, you qualified for that cashback. You know what to do if the Operator is refusing to accept your claim and give you the cashback.

TBH, if I had the required 2 BTC I would deposit and claim that high-roller bonus. After all, playing without the mile-long-list-of-restricted-slots is a dream come true situation for any serious player who likes bonuses.
