      Now this is something which definitely deserves to be noted by any online player! What we have done with the AskGamblers Complaints Service /AGCS/ over the last couple of years is not just incredible, it is beyond wildest imagination of anyone who ever dealt with players issues outside the official regulatory bodies of course. I'm still a month away from performing the yearly report of AGCS, but it seems to be the absolute record breaking one in any aspect, including but not limited to amount of money we helped players claim and receive back, total number f submitted complaints, total number of accepted complaints, total number of complainants, etc etc.. It's absolutely amazing to say the least and speak itself that AskGamblers is the absolutely undisputed leader when it comes to solving players-casino issues. Both in terms of numbers and efficiency. And to be honest, I am soooooooooo proud be a part of this team!

      Nope, unfortunately almost 48 hours after the attack they are still down. Must have been a massive one and only God knows how much they managed to destroy from BetAT communications. Sincerely hope that our info is safe and secure though and BetAT IT team managed to cut down any attempts for stealing and/or destroying their database and IT infrastructure.

      It was Sharon's family day yesterday and next week is Guru's family week. Guys, I'll be way for a week, need to take care for some family matters which I keep postponing for too long now. No worries, nothing bad has happened, but I just need to travel to my parents home place and take care for some family matters.       Okay, enough is enough. I've seen and heard more than enough to conclude that this topic is totally useless. I gave several reasonable and well grounded fact why NetEnt or any other big player on the gambling market would never even afford thinking to rig their software in any way, but apparently there are some people in this forum who prefer to keep complaining and accusing anyone else for their losses but themselves. AskGamblers has always been a free tribune to anyone willing to share anything regarding online gambling as long as they respect our forum rules and other forum members. But even our tolerance has its limits and when arguments are met with groundless accusations then it means that something must be done. Keep in mind that anyone is free to doubt, to question or to suspect any company in any sin known to the humanity, but please make sure to use any other channel to support your crusade and not our forum. Unless you provide real evidence and facts of course. Until then this topic is locked and put in our archive.

      Yes, I left a warning message in the topic below yesterday. Casinos blackmailed from hackers? You shouldn't worry about your money though. I'm pretty sure your withdrawal will be processed as soon as BetAT is up and running again. They are under severe DDoS attack and no one could say how much time the recovery is about to take exactly, but sincerely hope they will manage to fix it by the end of the day.       It's been double confirmed - BetAT is under a severe DDoS attack again and it seems this time it's much worse than ever! That's really sad to say the least and start wondering how far the hackers could possible go nowadays... If they can take down one of Europe's biggest and most reputable casinos for over 30 hours now, don't even want to think what might happen with a smaller operator..

      As long as all changes into the current RTP stats for particular game are duly announced I don't consider it as some sort of a drama. You will be surprised to know that in fact most of online players never bothered checking the RTP for the game they play. After all, it's your choice whether to play or not a game with reduced RTP. Personally, I will quit playing that game immediately not because I think the game became somehow 'rigged', but because I am greedy by nature.

      a/Request a full game log for all sessions you believe to be not random. b/Go to casino's official regulatory website and submit a formal complaint. Attach all relevant proofs. c/Wait for their investigation. Meanwhile quit playing and gambling at all. Self exclude yourself from any online casino you could think of. Forget about gambling at all. If not, then ask yourself a couple of questions starting from: a/Am I capable to live with my gambling losses? b/Why I keep putting my money into a business I believe to be unfair?

      Well, if you pay more attention from now on when playing in casinos you will most probably notice that a lot of decent brands are actually using this hot-cold feature to inform their players which games are paying good at the moment and which are frozen. Including but not limited to BetAT, Slotty Vegas. Video Slots, all classic Microgaming casinos with their jackpot meter feature, etc etc.. To be honest, never paid any attention to the hot and cold stuff, but it's kinda weird that first time when I did that I hit a mega win. Makes you reconsider your beliefs in regards of Santa's existence, world conspiracy, latest location of Lady Luck etc...
