Regarding your issue, I'm afraid you are chasing a dead cause here. Indeed, casino team might have not done and acted as per your expectations and promises, however you should never forget that it is your own concern keeping your gambling under control. Once the funds are reversed and played down there is no force on this planet including but not limited to the official regulatory bodies, third-party mediators etc which could help you. On the other hand, by giving publicity to this issue you got with the aforementioned brand other players could reconsider joining and playing with them.
