UKGC announced a few weeks ago that 888Casino /biggest Cassava Enterprises brand by the way/ and more specifically, their Self Exclusion policy is under review. Apparently, the casino management is taking all the necessary steps to keep their licence active and decided to pay all players who were somehow affected by the aforementioned SE policy.

      Gave up completely on Immortal Romance after a terrifying sessions of 3 x $200 deposits in a row /back in March I think/ which the slot simply took away without a single 100 x bet win... Let alone a decent Wild Desire feature or something...       Well, not surprised at all from the UKGC response on your query, because you obviously skipped following the relevant complaints procedures set in place by the casino operator and namely the part for which I am applying a screenshot below. http://prntscr.com/feyvb4 In short, you should raise an official dispute with the ADR entity /IBAS in this particular case/ and not with the UKGC who is unfortunately not handling individual player complaints and issues.
