Well, the aforementioned brand has not been reviewed and added to our Casino Directory yet and considering the reputation of the other casinos belonging to the same group, I have some serious doubts it will be added anytime soon. Unfortunately, there is no option to submit a complaint against a casino which is not reviewed and presented on our website though. Sorry to disappoint.

  3. Sorry to disappoint Afi, but what you are suggesting is not going to be implemented as it will be indeed a great 'fuss' I'm afraid... Talking about huge changes into our current website structure and visual representation... Also, the bottom line with this specific "Terminated" status is that the relevant casino is in fact operating, but for some reason we chose not to work or seize relationships with them. Sometimes, an agreement is being reached after certain period of time and the casino is back with the normal operational status. So, what I could recommend here is just be sure to check the current status of any bonus and/or casino you are intending to review. Way more simple than changing half of the website.

  7. To be honest, mate, I think the casino host gave you a misleading information regarding that 'mysterious MG games update'... To my best knowledge, if there was ever such an update then it must be related to the QuickFire/Viper platform and has absolutely nothing with the individual games. Still, really happy to see someone changing completely his/her mind about an industry giant such as Microgaming, let alone one of Masters himself.
