Well, considering the fact they never bothered responding to their official ADR provider /IBAS/, I guess there's only one option left and it is to contact the relevant regulatory body, UKGC in this particular case, and request further actions from them directly as there's obviously a serious violation of the relevant regulatory requirements and code of conduct the way I see it.

      Had a short test session in real mode last night... Unfortunately, the new Fairytale Legends sequel doesn't seem to be 'my' game at all. Despite the good graphics and interesting features I couldn't find anything else to praise: - the payouts are poor, both in base game and during features; - triggering features is a bit difficult, perhaps too difficult considering the common payout you might expect in return; - the game is not suitable for bonus wagering, simply because the regular 5-10x bet winnings which would help your balance staying above water are not there. Obviously, this was the first and most probably the last time when I played Fairytale Legends:Hansel & Gretel... A decent winner screenshot could easily make me change my mind though.
