Unfortunately, I have some bad news for you. 1xBet, part of the same group which MelBet belongs to has already been blacklisted by AskGamblers due to the fact they have been exposed in using stolen graphical content and offering casino services from domains which were never listed within the licence agreement with the regulator. Also, it was brought to our attention that 1xBet Casino is perhaps offering pirated Novomatic games, but our attempts to receive an adequate explanations were ignored. Have you tried contacting their regulatory body, if any of course?... -

Oh dear, sorry to hear about your mid-night laptop failure, it sucks bog time when machines are failing on us, isn't it... The good news as Afi and Fiekie already mentioned is that broken laptop monitor doesn't mean your hard disk drive is corrupted... All you need to do is to take the laptop to a specialized service shop and that's it. If the repair would cost too much /more than the laptop current price at the moment/ you could always take off your hard disk drive and copy the needed information to a flash drive or even cd/dvd... Lots of options ahead, just ping us if you need additional help or instructions. -

Agree with Afi, now this whole situation with your new account being blocked for days and stuff really sucks! And no one would be surprised to see you quitting the casino forever once you get that withdrawal anyway... Just feel sorry about Jelena and all her efforts so far... Just make sure to read the terms quoted above and specifically term #6 which is referring to the wagering requirements associated with the bonus. Put it simple, in order to 'place' 2000 in bets and assuming your are blackjack fan, you should make 20000 hands at 1,00 per bet in order to clear your bonus wagering and be able to request a withdrawal. Why 20,000? Because of term #11... If you are preferring to play slots then you must place bets totaling 2000 and that could be 2000 spins where each one worth 1.00 per spin... How about losing $2400+ playing 2.50 in one session with only three free spins features and best hit of the 'astonishing' 90xbet?Argh, don't even want to come back to this particular moment of my Supe It Up love-hate affairs... There is something I noticed and which I'm not sure had the chance to share with you and other Supe It Up fans around... Same here! Sometimes I just got pissed off from not being able to win a dime playing my beloved NetEnt slots and simply didn't touch them for a week or two... But cannot stay away for more than a month and always return to the one and only Jack, Gonzo, 5 Outlaws, Creature, etc etc... I just cannot imagine my gambling without them, for good or bad.. Hey sorenjo mate and sorry to hear about your bad streak recently. What Afi said in his post is what most of us experience in the long run of their gambling over the years. Cycles are indeed of huge importance and could affect immensely both your gambling style and overall profit/loss, so you'd better start examining it as soon as possible and draw the relevant conclusions. Personally, I'm facing yet another of my bad gambling cycles for this year... It doesn't matter where, what game, bets and how much I play, it's just not paying good enough and I would finish at a loss in probably 95% of my sessions. This is how it's going for at least 3 weeks now and all I could do is to limit my deposits and play time to the min possible and hope the bad streak will last just a couple more weeks instead of months. The bottom line is once accepted, the relevant casino terms and conditions must be followed. simple and clear. If you are having issues with that, you'd better not accept these terms or forward your concerns/issues in front of the relevant regulatory body or ADR provider.

Thanks to Jelena for jumping in. Although she didn't manage to help you considering the circumstances, I believe you were given pretty fair and straightforward advice on how to proceed further. No worries about possible future issues with having duplicate accounts at the casino though, once you create you new account all the relevant email tickets and/or chat logs will be attached on behalf the casino team as a proof you were granted that second account and you didn't violate any of their terms. Other than this, wish you good luck with claiming that free spins again. Knowing what you are capable to do with the tournaments though, personally, I wouldn't give you a single free spin if I was a casino rep, simply because you could bankrupt the casino!
