      Hey Lio mate, Both Skrill and Neteller integrated additional verification requirements over the last few months and I'm afraid you must comply with these. Guess that's a response to the vast number of hijacked accounts reports back in last 2016 and early 2017, so IMO the more security measures they have set in place the better for their customers own protection and safety. The additional verification takes a few minutes though, literally. You just need to have your ID or driver licence at hand and camera of course. You could also download the relevant app and do all the above on your phone.
