      I believe I have already had the chance to share my opinion about the same matter on another occasion, but since we are discussing it again, let me give my two cents... In short, IF you and your partner have been given a green light from a casino representative to register, claim same promotional offer/s and play although that's pretty much AGAINST the casino rules then okay, it means you COULD rely on the fact they will stick to their word and won't just void and tell you kiss your hypothetical big win goodbye once and if you won it of course. BUT, in case the casino decide to play hard and use the old trick "Sorry, you have been given wrong information by one or more of our representatives" then you are fighting a dead cause here, simply because no regulator, respectively no ADR entity and no free mediation service like AGCCS for example would rule a complaints case in your favor providing the fact there was a clear violation of one or more casino and/or bonus rules.       Yeah, let me just remind you that some other notorious brands such as Planet 7 and Cool Cat for example have been around for a decade too... The thing is that all the aforementioned brands, including Betway and Spin Palace, are currently holding a terrible AGCCS stats of at least 5+ unresolved complaints since the beginning of 2017. Hope you would agree that's not the behaviour we should encourage in any casino brand, let alone speaking about well established and once reputable brands...       Although very very very difficult, I do believe there is an escape from problem gambling to a safe level of keeping it under full control. It's all just a matter of self-control and discipline and I personally know people who managed to cope with gambling addiction and now enjoying they hobby without any issues or troubles. Indeed, it probably happens once in every 50 cases, but it is possible and players who are facing it must know it's not some mirage, but a matter of hard work and self-discipline.
