  1. And this is exactly what you are doing here with this particular forum topic and posts.
  2. The truth which we all know deep down is quite simple and it is that there is 5% AML and 95% Responsible Gaming involved into all this weird 'movements'... It's just covering the real problem with convenient and popular terminology such as 'money laundering', 'terrorist financing' and other ***** while the responsible authority is immensely afraid to provide a clear answer where were they during all that time when 2 out of every 3 UK punters turned into existing or potential problem gamblers.... Time for all the relevant responsible authorities to stop burying their heads deep down and start calling the real problems with their real names! Oh, and one more thing... Helping players in reality often means taking actions different than mostly business oriented ones!
  3. Congrats and spend it wisely!
  4. Frankly speaking, I find all the fuss with the 'new/improved KYC procedures & requirements' as a typical example of how someone (casino operators) is reading without thinking and subsequently overreacting to a piece of information... Which is a shame considering the fact that all this came from UKGC with a certain aim which I'm pretty sure has absolutely nothing to do with the way in which most operators have already started to implement the new requirements. With all due respect to UKGC and their will and determination to fight terrorism and responsible gaming issues, in my humble opinion they have chosen once again the wrong way to address the problem/s and to find the complete solution/s. Account verification a.k.a. KYC must take place BEFORE first deposit, not on some stage afterwards! If that was required by the UKGC a couple of years ago when they finally started to realize problem gambling is problem of gigantic proportions among UK punters and their licensed operators have implemented it accordingly there wouldn't be any Cassava case, William Hill case and suchlike at all!
  5. Hey there, Will be as brief and eloquent as possible as your comments couldn't be further from the truth. Your so called 'reviews' were removed due to blatant violations of the AskGamblers Posting Guidelines. Your complaint has been rejected due to unjustified accusations and statements not supported by ANY real evidence. Furthermore, we have hundreds of reviewers and complainants on a monthly basis and you must be really blind to miss that fact. And so, don't flatter yourself by considering your persona as some sort of a 'dictatorship' victim, but learn to follow the rules.
  6. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Let me answer your question as brief and simple as possible... Yes, you are at risk of losing your wins any time when breaching one or more of the relevant terms and conditions referring to the bonus currently at play. In this particular case I guess you are referring to the rule quoted below: Whether the casino operator will confiscate your wins or not depends from their own decision, however I you must be in aware of the fact that once you breached the aforementioned rule, they could and most probably would apply the following term:
  7. Great Geisha wins you got there, mate! Congrats and keep them coming! Personally, I stopped playing Geisha and all my other preferred Endorphina slots a while ago... Too much variance there resulting in big wins of no more than 100-150 x bet most of the time... It's just not worth the risk if you ask me!

  9. If that is the case and they have been totally unresponsive for 3 or more days I believe you could file a new case immediately. Just make sure to attach some proofs that they haven't been cooperative and don't forget to follow strictly all the relevant AGGCS Guidelines such as hiding all sensitive personal information for example.

  11. Hi there, Unfortunately, your complaint has just been rejected due to the pending casino investigation on your account. Please make sure to wait until they come up with official results and in case you are not agree or believe your rights were somehow infringed by the casino, feel free to use our complaints service again and submit a new complaint. Let us know in case you need further assistance.
  12. Just because their current status is "On Probation" doesn't mean we haven't initiated an investigation process referring to their mobile NetEnt games portfolio. Just a bit more patience, Johnny...
  13. No need from any conspiracy theories as the reality is much simpler actually... We never deemed necessary reviewing and presenting Ignition which you consider to be simply because they are operated by the same group which stands behind Bovada - a brand which we have already blacklisted. https://prnt.sc/ihb6ph Hope the above clarifies the situation.
  14. Important Surprise, surprise! Have just been informed that Skrill is now back again as available payment option. Not quite sure for how long, but still, guess that's a wonderful news for most of you, our regular AG Paid Contests participants! Please contact me via PM in case you need further assistance.

  18. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Keep in mind I have just edited the title of your forum topic so that it makes a better sense. As for your question, nope, you are not able to leave a review about this operator simply because it's not duly reviewed and presented in our Casino Database. For operators which were not presented yet you are free to discuss here at the forum, something you have apparently done already. Let me know in case you need further assistance.
  19. Yes indeed, a starting balance of at least 400 x bet is essential for a potentially successful session with any of my beloved Play'N Go slots such as Golden Ticket, Moon Princess and especially Multufruit 81... The number of spins is playing quite a significant role as well - don't expect wining big within the first few hundreds of spins, don't know why but it seems like their slots are not programmed to pay big right after the start.
  20. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Have just edited a bit your forum topic title so that it makes better sense, hope you don't mind. As for the super fast Skrill cashouts, I've seen many of our players reporting Direx casinos to be pretty fast actually. Feel free to browse their operators here and make sure to check the player reviews for further details. A complete list of all casinos matching your criteria though could be easily generated by using our Filter options applied over the Casino Database. 21. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Keep in mind that an international bank wire transfer could take anywhere between 2 and 7 business days, so a little bit of patience is what's required to get your money I hope. Still, if the payment is missing after that period you might consider using the AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino complaints Service/. More about how to use it here. Also, don't forget to read carefully all the AGCCS Guidelines and make sure to adhere to them. For more information how to use AGCCS, please visit our Knowledge Base. 22. Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers. I'm afraid their no other "way around", but to make sure you are reading very very carefully all the relevant terms and policies referring to responsible gaming matters next time when you are joining an online casino.
  23. Great new functionality and definitely a helpful tool for your players!
  24. Finally a great session after a cold and dry fortnight.. Greed took the best of me and my win eventually, but still ended up with a hefty $1000 withdrawal from a 100 deposit. Yey!
