  11. Well dear, I was kinda sarcastic with my own miserable luck recently, that's all... The lack of luck with my beloved Play'N Go is indeed terrible considering the fact we are talking about 80+ deposits of $100 without a single cashout in between even though I wasn't aiming at nowhere near the four-figure amounts... And all that opposed to just a month ago when I would have at least one $700 (and higher) cashout per every 4-5 deposits playing the same games with the same bets using absolutely the same playing pattern and style... Go figure it out! Still, for what is worth mentioning, I'm still way ahead of my Play'N Go slots sessions and this is all that matters after all. Sincerely hope that you will return to the winning road again, your bad streak lasts for too long IMO and it's about time to have a word with Lady Luck about it!
  12. Glad someone is winning with Play'N Go slots, makes me feel optimistic for the near future... After my absolutely spectacular and stunning winning streak with Multufruit81, Moon Princess, Golden Ticket, Viking Runecraft and Gemix from the last couple of months now I'm facing a terrible period of horrifying sessions, each and every one finishing with the inglorious 0.00 eventually and without a single decent hit/win/feature of at least 50 x bet! I knew my beloved Play'N Go slots could be bad from time to time, but what's happening over the last two weeks went beyond my wildest imagination unfortunately... Surreal! All this weird stuff makes me reconsider my opinion about Afi's 'adventures' with Playtech games a few years ago when his winning streak ended up in the same brutal and mysterious way as mine and joining the club of "conspiracy theories" believers... Haha!

Keep in mind there are situations where the affected casino operator would decide not to respond publicly on the relevant complaints case and there is nothing we could do about it unfortunately. It doesn't necessarily means though they are not trying to solve the issue in the meantime, not at all. Each and every complaint on AskGamblers with status Unresolved brings huge negative PR to the affected casino, no doubts about that, so you could hope the casino management would do the right thing eventually..

Next time when you are facing a problem with a casino you may consider using AGCCS instead. It often works much faster and way more efficient than any other competitors and/or official ADR service. Keep in mind the tile of your forum topic has just been edited so that the text will correspond with the real facts and not with imaginary accusations from your side. As you are already well in aware, your complaint against the aforementioned operator has been rejected due to acknowledged violation of the disputed max bet rule while playing with bonus funds. Whether you consider this particular as fair and sufficiently explained or not is your personal opinion of course. However you must take into account the fact that you failed to read carefully that rule and admit your own fault prior accusing the operator... And the text of the disputed rule is crystal clear actually: In my humble opinion, the only constructive and useful approach in such a situation would be to accept it, learn your lesson and move on without repeating the same mistake of NOT reading carefully the bonus rules in the future. It's that simple actually...
