Simply not that time for joy/gambling anymore, just too busy with the AskGamblers project. Back in the days, while working , I could simply adjust the autospin option to 500/1000 spins and get back from time to time checking if the free spins feature kicked in... Now that's pretty much impossible since I'm involved way deeper into the AG project, need to attend lots of meetings, etc etc, just impossible to focus on or do two things at the same time. This month for example was a killer one in terms of how busy I was, which means I got no more than couple of 2-3 hours sessions during the weekends, almost nothing compared to my playtime just two years ago.

Hi there @errorhunter and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum Yeah, no room for any particular doubts or suspicions here cause that's a pretty common issue happening while playing with online casinos. Sometimes it's juts a tech trouble from the Operator's side (server issue, planned/unplanned maintenance, gaming provider's server overloading, etc etc) but mostly it's from the player's end (slow or unstable internet connection, ISP issues, even blacklists kicking in sometimes, etc etc). The only working advice, follow the Operator's instructions and have a patience until the issue is fixed. I know that's a difficult thing to do when it's YOUR money put at stake but the other options (except being patient) will not usually lead to anything positive anyway.

Yeah, forwarding the matter to the MoF of your country is one of the options which will most probably take ages to get reviewed and handled accordingly. But, you can this way get the Operator's domain added to that BL list I showed you in my previous post which is pretty heavy consequence to ANY online casino operator... The other option is to check the Operator's terms once again and see if Czech players are allowed to play or not. If yes, then you are left with the aforementioned option only. If not, then you can forward the matter to the relevant Curacao Master License which granted their operating license. In any case, I'm pinging their AG rep once again @Kajot_Casino -

Hi again @genesis73, I can see you still haven't submitted an AGCCS case against Intertops. Btw, @pinnit2015, we've changed the AGCCS rules recently and now players are given the chance to use AGCCS even when certain Operator is listed under Terminated status here.

Had similar experience with some casinos back in the early Direx days... Always with some of the less popular providers and never with the big ones. None of the issues solved in my favor simply because the lack of proofs that it wasn't me who changed the stupid bet...

Hey @Atewdan Sorry that your AGCCS case ended up as Unresolved but sometimes this is out of our hands, especially when the affected Operator decides to keep silent and unresponsive. This ain't some precedent thou but actually a common situation with most Genesis casinos which are either refusing to handle their AGCCS cases OR jumping in weeks after with request for reopening. My advice, contact the AskGamblers Complaint Team and request your AGCCS case to be reopened (you have the right to request that twice) OR check the Operator's website, identify who's their ADR provider and file a complaint with them. AGCCS is of course a much, much faster option. Let us know in case you need further assistance.
