I don't know, from that video, it just looks like a volatile 94% slot doing volatile 94% slot things. Which is not to say there aren't slot providers that cheat. Companies in various industries cheat even when they are profitable without cheating, which destroys the often parroted narrative that casinos won't cheat because they don't have to or that it's too risky. There are ways and means around audits and regulations. I myself am suspicious of one particular provider, but I am in a weakly regulated jurisdiction, which probably matters.
