Sometimes the page loads fine and I am logged out Sometimes the Ag site fails to load and the browser error is too many redirects Sometimes the AG site has an error and says "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again." and it is logged out and the thread does not load.

The logouts when I open forum posts in a new tab have been pretty extreme today, really frustrating as I like to open 4-5 new threads from the main forum page and almost always get logged out(and the page fails to load) by doing so. This has only been an issue since the user account merge between site/forum iirc, surprised its not fixed yet.

I can't speak of personal experiences with the casino/payment method but casinos not requiring verification for deposits is common and generally only happens when you attempt a withdrawal. Can you imagine the frustration of a customer having to wait for verification before depositing etc? Most would choose to go to another casino rather than wait hours for that to be completed. With requests like this generally theres more to it. ie the person is actively using a VPN , suspected fake documentation/prior bans etc. It may seem extreme but documentation is easy to fake these days so asking for a selfie outisde your house etc(which they can confirm via google streetview etc) when there is suspicion is a new thing thats becoming a more common request. I don't see how them holding such an video/image is any more dangerous than them holding your unedited ID/bank statement which they can do alot worse with if stolen. As for not taking a selfie in your home etc for the video I don't see what the issue is, tell the casino that and see what they say? It could be a metadata issue(ie if the metadata indicated you were in another country/area than your claimed address).
