I'm playing on PC and having similar issues, surprised there been no fix for it yet

had a 2195x win last week, still chasing a max win but can't complain hitting 8961x last year.

Yep impressive that a 500x would only be 15th place for a comp here.

I was really close to improving, 578x with 10x multi and 4 spins remaining(1 off 20x) and didn't improve.

Lots of big wins, have failed to improve so far but hoping to stay on the leaderboard

AG typically gets paid for directing signups via it's website to casinos it partners with when those players deposit, you could encourage users to use those AG casino links in return for forum rewards to rank up quicker. Getting newer users using AG links right from the start means more revenue per user on AGs end long term.

Also, might be way too complicated/time consuming with manual checking but you could possibly bring casino referrals into it, like using the AG referral links and posting in a thread that you did and getting points in return to rank quicker. Certainly worth encouraging it on the AG side

Great to see, will the premium comps be offset by a week etc so theres always something to enter or run alongside the normal monthly comp?

ie is this something that AG can doublecheck winners with the provider/site if theres concerns around bonus buys. We kind of need a whitelist of good platforms that have working gamelogs without such severe limitations for this type of situation.

You can view your entire betting history in your personal account by selecting the period or in the slot you played. Expaining the issue they again suggest checking history via the game. Not sure what I can do beyond that given the technical limitations, hope this and future entries won't be an issue. I can generate the replay url.

Or as an alternate for this comp the Pragmatic replay data could be acceptable or something, the chat reps can be really hit and miss(if they can find it at all, as you said). Could be worth adding info about this on the casinos page as a warning about gamelog retrieval.

Don't make the mistake of playing at gamblezen for this, one of those platforms where you can only view 10 spins at a time(sorted by oldest first which you cant adjust) so finding your latest win 400+ spins deep takes so much scrolling/clicking show more 40 times and it's a waste of time. It's a good sweat yes, expecting my score to last almost a week is a tough ask given the bet size options for players this time around, even with the provider being booming games and really hard to get big wins. Amazing given we are likely in the mid to high hundreds of thousands of spins between all players. I was hoping your mention of a big win days ago that was wrong would stop people playing
