Leovegas it's worth entering the daily promotions/leaderboards if the slots supported suit you, if in a small country/playerbase for Leovegas the leaderboards can be won quite easily ie a 1500-2000x win is enough to win $200 for 1st in NZ most days.

It also might be about engagement, if you are only using the telegram or whatever for bonus claiming and not contributing they might have an issue with that if their intent is to build a community. I don't use telegram but I assume it's kind of like discord with sub-groups/discussions etc

Such a rule might make sense if their D+B wagering is low enough(ie 30x) and the win cap is high. I think such rules need to be super clear to players and banning them after the fact isn't good enough.
