After asking advice from live support I was given an answer that the chip must be considered '50 parts of min bet thus $ 0.20 + 50 is $ 10. This makes sense when you just received only $ 9. So I need to explain myself after all.... This casino is listed as illegal 4times already...take special notice to the url. Belgium is not allowed to play there.
