Looks like its a delay tactic. They want you to cancel your withdrawal and expect you to play down your funds. Have patience and hopefully they will pay.

I believe hiding rtp is an option given by the provider to the casino. Some casinos show 92% (skillonnet) , some 94 c(altacore and fortuna) and even 96%. If these guys can show rtp then why not others?
