Did your bank confirm that your deposit reached the merchant site? Did you raise a refund enquiry from your bank?

@cocopop3011 I believe he is panicking and sharing all this information to prove he is right. I would do the same thing if there was so much money involved. @Ali al hashemy if your complaint gets rejected try again. Mention you have a withdrawal pending for over 15 days. Your verification is being delayed. Sometimes they say they are checking for gameplay sometimes they ask for source of funds. Chat is keeping you on hold and not responding.
