Yes you get two wins, first from drop down hits then free spins. The winning screen only shows wins from Freespins but bet history shows wins together. Most providers include both wins in their winning screens.

In same cases you land the bonus straight away without any win but in some cases there are cascading hits and you win a certain amount. Lets say amount X. After this the free spin feature pays an amount, say Y but during the end of the feature screen the amount X and Y are not summed up and only amount Y is shown. But i the bet history amount X+Y is shown.
