What has mifinity got to do with this? Your balance was played down at Deloro. You say that somebody played down your funds at Deloro. Mifinity is an e wallet. How can Mifinity send you evidence of someone playing your balance at Deloro?

This case could also have one more outcome but the OP just doesn't want to look that way. @bp54's friends must have seen her gamble and maybe in her absence tried to play the balance in order to build a bigger cashout and ended up playing it down to zero. They are now probably gaslighting her into believing that it's the casino. That explains why the bet logs are from her region.

Not all casinos implement bet blocks which stops you from betting more than max bet during bonus wager. It is infact the players responsibility to check with the support staff or read the terms and understand it themselves. The max cashout limit applies as long as you don't cash out the funds. The availability to withdraw funds doesn't mean the cashout request is valid. It is still being checked and that's why it says 'pending'. Let's just say that you are playing at a casino which has given you 50 no deposit spins and max cashout is €50. After you are done with wager your balance is below €50 or reset to €50. You keep on playing and your balance reached €1000. This balance will be available for withdrawal and you will be allowed to raise a request. This doesn't mean you will get the money.

Well the contest starts tomorrow and if the remaining two members don't name their games then they shouldnt be allowed to name any game. The contest should go ahead with 4 games. In future the responsibility should be given to someone else if possible. Its almost 20 days since a game was requested.

@Potatohead can you try this..... go to Deloro casino transaction on computer or desktop mode. Then go back to hit where you got your win. Just below that there is going to be debit. Can you take that screenshot? I have added my screenshot for guidance.

@formerPokerpro please keep in mind that you can play at snatch casino as long you are playing with real funds. After you activate bonus it becomes SND or snatch coins. Winnings in snd coins are invalid. We have talked about this before.

This is why @cocopop3011 made it clear that when people make a deposit in a certain currency they should not change the ingame currency. @garry98 was doing the same thing and one of his screenshots created an issue in November.
