  1. Go to the bank and tell them that you need a statement showcasing the transaction and tell them to attest it. If possible ask for an email instead of a physical copy. Tell them it's a case of fraud and they will issue it.

  4. 1xbet and 1xbet sportsbook has a total of over 600 complaints. They do respond and end up resolving most of them but this also unmasks their modus operandi. Accuse players of breach of terms or run away with their deposit and when someone files a complaint then resolve the matter.

  9. It is not customer care. The account was registered 3 hours ago. The account is pretending to be from 1xbet and saying that deposit 20000 more in a different account. I have read the whole PM that @abhi007 sent me.

  13. If money is deducted from your bank and it doesn't reach the merchant then money is reflected back in your account in less than 48 hours. In your case that time is passed so that is definitely not the issue. Did you file a complaint against the casino?

  17. It's a scam site. No license, no terms and no other details or links at the bottom of the page. The sign up page also makes me believe it's a fraud casino.
