I wish after reading your comments the casino manager doesnt get mad. In the rules it says contest rules can be ammended. I have lost almost €450 + €40 in skrill fees for this contest. It would be a shame if something bad happens.

I did not get live chat either. But after I made a deposit it started poping up. Maybe you need to be a deposititor for live chat contact. Try sending them an email. Btw I highly doubt you would be allowed to close and reopen. I have an account at 7bit where I never played and never even filled my profile info. I asked them if I could close and reopen and they refused.

Anybody who is planning to take part in this contest please try Katsubet or 7bit. I made two deposits at Mirax and the casino has horrible RTP. My first deposit was of €282.
