I have also had a pretty good run at RTG games in the past and I am aware with their slot designs but they are not the only slot providers who have placed the increase bet button or max bet button above or around spin button. Netent has a max spin button and so does gamomat just next to spin button and a few other providers as well. The thing is even if you increase the bet you still have to hit spin button. If you are thinking to file a complaint most probably they will say that even if you increase the bet by mistake you should have been aware when you hit the spin button and thats where you lose the case. If you still want to complain you can file a complaint with Agccs if this casino is listed.

NO. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. PERIOD. In the first place I dont think anyone has managed to win back their losses. Its different when you win back your losses that you had in the past month but going after lifetime deposit is not intelligent in my opinion. You know it better than I do that after trying to win back your losses your next step would be let me make some profit since I have covered all my losses. And this goes on like since I am having profit lets try more. If playing at a particular casino gives you a thought process that I should win back my previous losses than quit that casino and play at a different casino. Start fresh at a new casino.
