Gadaksinyal Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago This post was recognized by Afi4wins! Gadaksinyal was awarded the badge 'New Member Points' and 100 points. 1XBET are scamming me and refusing to process my withdrawal of 34,000,000 IDR (around $1900 USD). Initially, they asked for standard KYC, so I submitted clear photos of both the front and back of my official Government ID. However, they are now using an extreme stalling tactic: they are demanding a certified medical certificate with a doctor's signature and an authentic clinic/hospital stamp proving that I do not suffer from gambling addiction. This is a legally and administratively impossible document to obtain in my country. Their live chat support only gives copy-pasted bot replies, and their email security team keeps repeating the exact same automated message without providing any real solution. They are clearly just trying to steal my funds. Stay away from this fraudulent platform! (translation for third picture): Please send a photo of a document stating that you do not have a gambling addiction. The document must have been verified by an authorized medical professional, and equipped with a doctor's signature and an official stamp from the healthcare facility that issued it. Afi4wins 1 Quote
Afi4wins Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago @Gadaksinyal Hi there and welcome to the forum. There has been quite a number of similar cases lodged against 1xBet casino, so I'm not really surprised! I myself had issues at this casino because they refused to give me my deposit bonus even though there was/is no restriction stated whatsoever! Quote
Gadaksinyal Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago @Afi4wins Yeah, They keep asking for a statement saying I'm not addicted to gambling, even though it wasn't even in the requirements when I signed up. Quote
kuff Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Hmm why does the history say that you made a deposit and immediately requested a withdrawal or I am reading it wrong? Quote
Gadaksinyal Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago Hi @kuff, you are misreading the timestamp and the balance structure My subsequent withdrawal request at 20:23 was rejected not because of a lack of wagering, but because the security team suddenly locked my account and demanded an impossible 'psychiatrist-stamped statement of non-gambling addiction' Quote
Ultras34 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Run from this poor site..if you want play ct interactive game for contest go to better site..hope you will get your money..good luck Quote
marius1978 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago This sounds ridiculous. You appear to be a new player with 1xbet (since you just did KYC), why would they have any reason to suggest you are a gambling addict after so little time? Also, good luck even getting a doctor's appointment when you're not sick... Ask Gamblers is currently promoting this casino, so they must have some contacts there. You should raise a complaint with AG and hope they'll be able to help you. Quote
