One of the issues is as well that people, or Groups like Media companies, think they can just, maybe via White Labels, wake up one day and go ' i think i can set up a casino'; off they pop etc. You see it on here now and then: a poster, albeit half heartedly, will go 'hey guys how can i set up a casino' - sorry, but the fact you're asking that question tells me you shouldn't even be thinking about it.

Maybe a lot of the old guard left cos they seen/see what's on the horizon now - an over saturated, over regulated marketplace and their replacements aren't up to scratch (Guts/Ben etc)

I don't see anything wrong with casino's offering loadsa goodies to keep people coming back and playing - are they doing it so they come back and lose some more? Course they are: but it's the person's choice to do so so, meh. But they can't now or they'll be hung out to dry as praying on vulnerable people. Fine line to be walked in that regard, yes, but we've done a 180 on it.

More companies getting listed on stock markets = shareholders. =different profit pressures = not in the players interest as well.

Couldn't agree more!

But have you asked yourself why the overall quality of the casino industry 'product' seems to go downwards? Ain't all this a direct consequence of the never-ending regulatory changes, all suggested and proclaimed in the name of the player's 'best interests'... Just thinking out loud, you know...  😈

That is absolutely right. This is something i also said early this year, that it feels likes the people behind these regulatory changes have nothing to do with gambling at all. But this is where it is now. Betsson just entered the greek market. Greek commission closed every single online casino outside greece, in the name of players protection (stating them as blacklisted because as stated without greek licence= unlicenced gambling services). And when i say players protection let me whisper something.. overriding public interest. Clauses for monopolistic competition. 5 million payments for the licences. Lately i checked my rtp in some of the offered online casinos here. The outcome? funny. (best way to descibe it out in public) same things in Bulgaria or better?

Yeah, almost identical situation here in BG... Except the giant fiasco and scandal featuring the State Commission of Gambling which surprisingly (or not!) 'forgot' to collect 250,000,000 EUR of taxes from certain gambling brand owed by Bulgaria's top oligarch...

Sounds familiar? Well, welcome to the Balkans where the 'right' political and judicial contacts could make everything possible!

Benefits of Casino Customer Support Service and Questions You Can Ask

Over the years I think we've seen it all when it comes to customer support haven't we. The best right down to the most shocking. For me personally, customer support is a very important apect at the casino and I always test out support before choosing a casino, if I don't like it I probably won't play there.

How important is customer support to you?

To me personally, it is not critical. As long as customer support responds reasonably fast, is helpful and diligent, I'd be happy enough. I'd be more concerned with their KYC and Financial Teams though, cos they are the ones who always create issues, hardly the Live Chat hosts!

It's important for to reply fast, and I mean relatively.. I know these are real people and have a lot of work to deal with, and to fix the problem!

I honestly don't expect them to be extra nice and positive and all - it feels a bit fake anyways.

It's one of those features you only tend to use when things go wrong - eg - couldn't tell you the last time i had to use it at Unibet, for example.

If you do have an issue then it can be the difference in getting issues resolved or having to lodge complaints. Most is outsourced now, not seen as important so it's pretty poor.

Betat's was the Gold Standard - any accidental breaches of max bet etc, the guys there seemed to have a lot of autonomy in resolving

That being said, i've left casinos cos they didn't honour 20FS etc and chat appeared incapable of resolving, so it can lead to lost income for a casino.

Wouldn't be high on my must have list tbh.

It used to be very important, now withdrawals are most important.

I just think these days there are live chat with limitations and restrictions which in essence makes them unable to resolve most issues. What is the point of having live chat, if they keep on insisting you email them with slightly complex problems? So these days I really don't care that much!

Skill-Based Casino Games - The Definitive Guide

Skill based games like Blackjack and Poker - what do we think? Or are we all slot lovers through and through 🙂

I've played Blackjack and Poker before, both at online casinos and in real live, but slots is always and always will be my number one game to play. 😉
