Hi guys and welcome to our new Ask Me Anything section.

Soon we will be joined by industry professionals, members of the AG team and more. They will be creating a topic in this section that will be open for 7 days only. You will have seven days to ask any questions as you like for them to answer. So, you can ask them anything you have been dying to know and we will have 7 days to chat with them and get to know them on a deeper level. 

We already have our first guest lined up 👀

But now I also want to know who you want to see here? Who in the industry or from the AG team would you like to be here so you can ask those burning questions? Please let me know so we can try and work our magic and let it happen. Casino reps, game providers, AG team members? Who do you want?

I would really like to hear reasons from GiG on why payments from them cannot be speeded up - they are too slow!

Nope - being a big company doesn't mean payments should be slow, it doesn't work that way! If staff go on long leave, then get part-timers or replacement staff to keep the work flowing!

Well if someone comes from finance you can ask 😊 Please submit some other suggestions as we have already had finance.

Yeah I would like to know more about the casino review process, how much(if anything) is deposited by the reviewer, is a withdrawal attempt made to test their service etc. Does AG rely on/view reviews published elsewhere in this process or only the reviewers experience(ie some casinos here might be an 8 rating here but <4/10 on other sites with far more player reviews talking about payment issues etc).

While the first 2 guests work on the payments department (Go guys, Afi4wins ch*ke hold that guy, Blackjax do a powerbomb on the hat wearing dude, Coco handles a cat fight with the girl named Shannon!) my question is for the technical team handling each online casino page. 

Why is it that for years, since I was still my "old self", the original Icymod has yet to see concrete updates of online casinos in their relevant pages?

Yes, I'm confident it'll take years but it's been equally like this, untouched, dormant without updates to this day.

The information in each of the casino pages in AG are either misleading, restricted and they either require VPN to bypass information. For example, players from _______ are accepted, now going to the actual casino those players are indeed restricted. You can reverse that and it'll be what it is.

These can lead any player to the wrong path by having little or no facts shown by AG. 

Simply put, we want updates please!

Is asking for another moderator to join Cocopop3011 a big ask? Two moderators, more exposure, more assistance. The mod does not have to be a nice female dressed like a lawyer, could be a male mod handling things while Coco is on vacation or any discrepancies we have while she is away. We're not talking about Afi4wins but all due respect he does a bangable job!

No AI bots/fembots allowed please, a regular human from Earth is preferred, must be at least 5'8 in height, permanent position available. Aliens must have some English and forum skills of at least 1 year experience! Flexible hours are optional. 

It's terrifying to see mods on vacation! 🤣

Well I can answer some of these - deposits aren’t made by our review team. We give a review based only on the information the casino provides and what we can see - our expert reviews are not or meant to be based on personal experiences - they are factual reviews based on the terms and conditions. Why? Because you are bound by those terms so regardless of when a deposit or withdrawal is made what is stated in the terms and conditions is what the casino MUST adhere to.  And no we do not read reviews from elsewhere or any other sites - the reviews are objective and not subjective although the reviewer can give their thoughts on what they think of the casinos terms (whether they think they are fair etc etc) but we do not review personal deposit or withdrawal times. However - the reviewer does not decide the casino rating that is a different team so if you’d like to know more about casino rating I can try and get a member from that side.

At the moment we do not need another permanent moderator, but this is something they could happen in the future 😊

Regarding someone from the casino review / ratings team I think it’s best if I get a topic up and you can all write your questions and I can feedback the answers myself 😊
