My biggest win ever. So sick, started with 50 EUR yesterday because I was bored, now all of a sudden I have 18,5k.

And support refers to long waiting times and does not reply, so does not look too bright.  Also I won this off of a 50 EUR deposit (although I had previously played and lost a couple of hundred there), so I don't think that will increase my chances of this being processed swiftly...
